Micro-suction is a safe, effective way to remove earwax and foreign objects. Using a microscope or loupes, a small gentle suction tube clears the ear without water ideal for those with perforated eardrums, ear infections, or previous ear surgery.

Ear Irrigation (Ear Syringing)
Ear irrigation. flushes excess earwax from the ear canal using a controlled stream of warm water. Wax softening drops for 3–4 days beforehand are often recommended for best results.

Manual extraction is the professional removal of earwax using specialised tools under direct vision. Performed by a trained specialist, it safely clears hardened or deep wax, especially for narrow ear canals or cases where other methods haven’t worked. Do not attempt this at home, as it can cause injury.
